Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

During new product launches, holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Based on the carrier selected at checkout.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly stated on our website.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Kadey's Kreations Skincare is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will gladly help you file a claim with the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@kadeys.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We'll work with you to find the best solution.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select orders when offered. Customers will receive pickup instructions after their order is ready.
